Delivery Charge
Delivery is to the UK only, and the following options are available:
UK Mainland
£1.95 1st class post (for ink cartridges and tapes only).
£2.95 3-4 day courier
£6.95 3-4 day courier - heavy items (eg. printers/shredders)
£5.95 Next day courier
Northern Ireland
£2.95 1st class post (for ink cartridges only).
£7.95 3-5 day delivery
Sorry, we do not ship laser printers to NI due to the weight
(Note: We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, Shetland Isles, or Isle of Scilly)
Delivery Method
All Laser Toner Cartridges are dispatched by Royal Mail Standard Parcel service or by Next Day Courier.
Inkjet Cartridges, Photo Cartridges, Thermal Cartridges and Ribbons are dispatched by 1st class post.
For mixed orders (eg. Laser Toner + Inkjet) delivery is by Standard Parcel or Next Day Courier. We may also upgrade '1st class post orders' to Next Day Courier, at no extra charge, depending on weight and value.
A signature is required for all courier orders. Orders can be delivered to your home or work address.
Dispatch Timescales
The cut-off for 'next day' orders is 15:30, 'next day' orders placed after 15:30 may still get sent same day but probably will not get sent until the working next day.
Orders placed at the weekend will normally be dispatched on Monday.
There may be slight delays if an item is out of stock, but we will notify you by e-mail if the delay is more than a couple of days.
All 'Next Day' packages must to be signed for, if you aren't likely to be home then we can have the package delivered to your work address (you can specify the different delivery address during the checkout).

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
You can pay by Credit/Debit Card during the checkout.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

We welcome NHS, government, and educational customers. You can order and pay as above, or you can open an account with us which gives you a wider range of options -

Credit Card Security
If you have chosen to pay online then at the payment stage of the checkout process you will be connected to the Secure Payment Servers at PROTX, the largest independent payment gateway in the UK. For maximum security your card details are entered and processed directly on the Secure Protx servers. We do not see your card details and at no time are they stored on our systems. |

We do not disclose this buyers' information to third parties other than where required as part of the order fulfillment process (eg. the courier needs to know the delivery address). In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party, or use the information for any other purpose than fulfilling the order.

If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.
How Can You Access and Correct Your Information?
Upon placing an order you will be sent a confirmation by email. This will include the address and contact details you have sent us, if there are any errors please notify us by email and we will correct them. We do not store your credit card details - your payments are processed by PROTX, one of the leading Card Processing companies in the UK, and at no time are the card details stored/processed/viewed by our website, computer systems or staff.
